• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made 24 before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
• Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or forfeiture of your session without a refund.

3. Participation Requirements

• Age Restrictions: Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Health and Safety: Our escape rooms are designed to be safe and enjoyable for everyone. However, participants with certain medical conditions (such as heart conditions, epilepsy, etc.) should consult a doctor before participating.
• Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other participants, and property. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants from the premises without a refund if they engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
